Natko Petrišić
Travel Guru & Pickleball Entrepreneur
Natko has always followed his curiosity across the world. After years in marketing management at Heineken and Atlantic Group, he swapped the corporate world for a life built around travel, adventure, and pickleball. In 2023, he co-founded Zagreb’s first pickleball club, later opening Europe’s largest pickleball facility in Split and welcoming small groups of players from the U.S. and Canada for boutique pickleball trips.
Having lived, studied, and worked in five countries — while exploring 60+ destinations across all seven continents, including Antarctica — he brings a true globetrotter’s perspective to every journey. Now he brings that same energy and curiosity to Taste Adriatic, creating authentic experiences where travelers feel like they’re exploring Croatia with someone who has seen the world—and knows exactly where the good stories (and the good food) are.
Fun fact: Natko is also a former Senior National Fencing Champion of Croatia.
Stefano Petrović
Restaurateur, Food Suplier & Growing Franchise Founder
Stefano was born on the island of Murter, where life revolved around the sea. Growing up aboard his father’s fishing boat, he learned early what freshness, discipline, and real hard work look like. After earning a master’s degree in finance in Zagreb, he followed his entrepreneurial roots and stepped into the world of hospitality.
Identifying a gap for high - quality, modern seafood served accessibly, Stefano founded Fish Delish, a concept that quickly grew from a local idea into one of the region’s most recognizable street-food brands, now expanding internationally with a location in New Jersey. Alongside it, he operates a wholesale business supplying restaurants along the Croatian coast, working closely with chefs in some of the Adriatic’s most stunning seaside settings.
A passionate traveler, Stefano draws constant inspiration from culinary cultures around the world, channeling those experiences into new flavors and concepts. Today, he is focused on scaling Fish Delish globally and supporting franchise partners, while through Taste Adriatic, he shares his love for the coast by curating journeys where travelers experience Croatia the way locals live it.
Fun fact: Stefano was awarded "The fastest growing Croatian franchisor in Croatia 2024".

OUR STORY
Stefano and Natko have been friends since day one of University, quite literally. After they sat together at first class, they went for a coffee, and that spontaneous moment marked the beginning of a friendship that would grow through years of shared experiences.
From countless coffees to countless journeys, from academic success to entrepreneurial achievements, their paths have continuously intertwined. What started as two curious students became two professionals driven by a passion for discovery, hospitality, culture, and food.
Today, Stefano and Natko have decided to transform their shared knowledge and lifelong memories into something meaningful, that is hosting exceptional travel experiences across Croatia and Adriatic Sea. Together, they combine their expertise to showcase the country’s breathtaking nature, warm-hearted people, and delicious traditional cuisine.
Their complementary skills allow them to design journeys that are not only authentic, but unforgettable and true experiences of a lifetime.
